By registering for or participating in training provided by Magic Rose Safety Training, you agree to the following terms:
Registration & Payment
Payment may be required before class attendance. Registration is not guaranteed until payment is received when applicable.
Certification
Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all course requirements established by the American Red Cross.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Participants should provide at least 48 hours notice when possible for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Refunds and transfers may be subject to course policies.
Limitation of Liability
Training provided by Magic Rose Safety Training is educational in nature. Completion of a course does not guarantee specific outcomes in emergency situations. Participants are responsible for using their judgment and following local laws and emergency response protocols.
Changes to Services
Magic Rose Safety Training reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes when necessary.
